HI,I have just started with eco teams sorry if this is a stupid question. How can you monitor gas and electricity use if you do not have access to the meters? I live in a house divided into flats, the meters record the whole house use and are controlled my the landlord. We are charged bills as a set rate in the rent so I don't know how to go about measuring it. Is there a way to work it out using a system like we do with the water?Angharad
